// Flutter Developer — Egypt

Hi, I'm Youssef.
I build production-ready Flutter apps.

Fresh graduate (Class of 2026) building production-ready mobile apps with Clean Architecture and BLoC. Team Lead of Qanouny — a Top Project in Egypt's Digital Egypt Pioneers Initiative.

// about

Code that's meant to last

I'm Youssef Adly, a Flutter developer from Beni-Suef, Egypt, a fresh graduate of 2026 with a B.Sc. in Information Systems from the Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence, Beni-Suef University.

I care about how code is structured, not just whether it runs. Every project I build applies Clean Architecture, BLoC state management, and SOLID principles — because apps should be able to grow without breaking.

Through the Digital Egypt Pioneers Initiative (DEPI), I led the Flutter team on a cross-functional mega project alongside AI and Data Engineering teams, and our work was selected as a Top Project of the initiative. For my graduation project, I went beyond pure Flutter — wiring Arduino & ESP32-CAM hardware to a mobile app with AI-driven plant disease diagnosis.

I learn fast, take feedback seriously, and I'm ready to start contributing from day one.

Where I've worked

Flutter Development Intern — Digital Egypt Pioneers Initiative (DEPI)

Jun 2025 – Dec 2025

Remote · Government-backed national tech talent program

  • Led the Flutter team in developing Qanouny, a cross-functional legal services app built with AI and Data Engineering teams — selected as a Top Project of the initiative and recommended for further development.
  • Built scalable Flutter applications applying Clean Architecture, BLoC, REST APIs, and Firebase, following secure deployment and Git/GitHub collaboration practices.
  • Ranked 2nd place in the Freelancing Track within my group, earning a recognition certificate from El-Hareefa Company.
  • Delivered a project for a live client through the Kafiil freelancing platform — managing requirements, communication, and delivery end-to-end.

Things I've built

Each project taught me something specific — that's the point of building.

⚖️ Qanouny — AI Legal Assistant

★ Top Project · DEPI Round 3

Role: Flutter Team Lead

A legal services mobile app built on official Egyptian law documents. Users access legal information, submit inquiries, and chat with an AI-powered legal assistant — developed cross-functionally with AI and Data Engineering teams.

Why this project matters

This was my first time leading a team and shipping alongside other disciplines. I learned to coordinate Flutter work with AI and data pipelines, integrate APIs I didn't control, and deliver a real product under deadlines — not just code, but communication.

🌱 PlantLife — Smart IoT & AI Plant Care

Graduation Project

Role: Flutter & System Development

An Arduino & ESP32-CAM system that tracks plant vitals in real time — temperature, humidity, soil moisture, light — and uses AI to diagnose diseases from leaf photos. The app generates step-by-step treatment plans and tracks recovery week by week until full rehabilitation.

Why this project matters

I wanted to prove I can build beyond pure Flutter. PlantLife forced me to handle real hardware, live sensor data streams, and AI model output in one product — connecting the physical world to a mobile interface, end to end.

🩺 DocDoc — Doctor Booking App

Clean Architecture Showcase

Role: Solo Developer

A doctor discovery and appointment booking app — authentication, doctor search by speciality, detailed profiles, and profile management — fully structured with Clean Architecture, layered design, and dependency injection.

Why this project matters

I built DocDoc as deliberate practice: the goal wasn't the feature list, it was writing the cleanest code I could. Every layer, every dependency, every error path is structured the way production teams expect — testable, maintainable, and ready to scale.
